I would have goven five starts if shipping had not taken so long. Motor was an exact match and ran perfectly. Saved mr$1800.
Power supply worked, but the picture screen has blue images and the lower part of the screen is colored vertical lines.
Having 2 TV's of the same model, I was able to successfully troubleshoot the problem. The part ordered worked perfectly. My only issue was ordering via UPS delivery, only for them to deliver to my local post office. This meant a 2 day delay in receiving my order + a 12 mile round trip to get it.

Sent the wrong part and would not talk to me about it. I tried email and phone , nothing
My order was mixed with someone else's order , and the wrong circuit board was send out. I was advised that new lable's were being sent out, that was a month ago . I have heard nothing since about progress on how this error will be corrected. I can't use the board they sent out .
The part arrived okay but I'm trying to use their return policy and they're dodging me. I was actually planning to buy another part from them but the fact that they're dodging me makes want to avoid using them completely in the future.
Excellent price to fix an almost newTV. Better than buying a new one and less piece in the landfill.
It's hard to rate you now. One week ago I sent a message to support about issues with the board and again sent another message three days later to support and assistance because I had not received a reply. On my messages I sent detailed information on the boards issue. I am hoping for a favorable reply and prepaid return authoization. When I get a reply I will be able to give an honest rate. Thank you!
Still waiting to receive the order. This is the 2nd time it was supposedly shipped and it has never arrived
Product arrived as indicated. Not well packaged at all though - just a chip in a box with little protection. The box was pretty well destroyed. Unsure if it will actually work.
Rip off! I assumed I would be getting a brand new product, instead i got a used, dirty, and defective product!
Thecable was damaged when I received it and did not work properly. Short Circuit was unable to replace it as they had no more in stock ad no idea when they would get another one.
Open communication with the whole shipping process, however shipping box was crushed and power supply board was broken, tried to file claim with UPS but only received error code, but vendor has stepped up to send another board, with replace when it arrived.
I put one number in my search and another part showed up, my fault for not noticing. The problem is when I have reached out for a resolution, the phone rings and goes to voice mail, after leaving several messages, no response, the last call said mailbox full. Basically POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Always nervous ordering from the internet, but this was legit! Item was correct for my model and shipping was fast. Tracking was accurate and was given frequent text notifications of shipping progress Would visit again for replacement items.

However, I should have checked the board closer because the Wi-Fi module does not work from the old board. That's my fault. I called a couple times and left one voicemail about what my options are if I need a different board or if I can purchase a different Wi-Fi module. Didn't hear back, so I emailed and I did get a response back. I emailed back and have not heard back from them yet. Not sure if it is a one-man band, but there is a lack of communication effort and timeliness in my opinion. Have not received any telephone calls back. Slow response with emailing back. Probably a 2-3/5 for communication so far.
I will probably mail back the new board and my old board with Wi-Fi module with a handwritten note explaining what I need.
Arrived when it was supposed to and the part worked great - as expected.
You never send me the product. Never answer emails or stay in contact with me. Your service is so bad I never recomend you to anyone.
