Product arrived as indicated. Not well packaged at all though - just a chip in a box with little protection. The box was pretty well destroyed. Unsure if it will actually work.
Thecable was damaged when I received it and did not work properly. Short Circuit was unable to replace it as they had no more in stock ad no idea when they would get another one.
Open communication with the whole shipping process, however shipping box was crushed and power supply board was broken, tried to file claim with UPS but only received error code, but vendor has stepped up to send another board, with replace when it arrived.
Always nervous ordering from the internet, but this was legit! Item was correct for my model and shipping was fast. Tracking was accurate and was given frequent text notifications of shipping progress Would visit again for replacement items.

However, I should have checked the board closer because the Wi-Fi module does not work from the old board. That's my fault. I called a couple times and left one voicemail about what my options are if I need a different board or if I can purchase a different Wi-Fi module. Didn't hear back, so I emailed and I did get a response back. I emailed back and have not heard back from them yet. Not sure if it is a one-man band, but there is a lack of communication effort and timeliness in my opinion. Have not received any telephone calls back. Slow response with emailing back. Probably a 2-3/5 for communication so far.
I will probably mail back the new board and my old board with Wi-Fi module with a handwritten note explaining what I need.
Arrived when it was supposed to and the part worked great - as expected.
Actually solved my issue on my Sony. I was surprised. I did get the extra warranty, as who knows how long it will work, but, I am amazed thus far.
I received my part but it did not fix my problem and I needed to return it.Their policy is you need a RMA code from them for a return.The problem is they don't answer their phone or respond to my emails.They have poor reviews for this same issue.They have a thirty day return policy but if never contact themyyou'rescrewed.I will never do business with them again and I will write a review on his web sight.
It was the wrong board I thought I was getting but I think I canhave a buddy at work remove the ribbon cable connector from old board to the new board so I’ll get it to work I believe

I received the board pretty quickly, but it didn’t resolve my problems so I’m gonna keep the board for another project. I will buy from this company again.
Google search said i needed a power board for my samsung tv that wouldn't turn on. Searched / ordered over internet, installed, fixed TV. accomplished what i set out to do.
Parts received in great condition and as advertised. What I'm unclear on is why my order was shipped as UPS Ground Saver when I selected (and my order confirmation shows) UPS Ground.
Board arrived well packaged, no issues with delivery. And now my beloved Panasonic plasma TV is back alive !
I haven't received my order and trying to get i formation on what's going on is hard. I want a refund waiting on a response
PERFECT MATCH AND THE PART IS GOOD AND PERFECT BUT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. STILL GOT VERTICAL LINES ON THE SCREEN. TV IS ONLY 9 MONTHS OLD AND HAS NOT GOTTEN HIT OR IMPACTED BY ANYTHING THAT WOUDL HURT THE SCREEN PANEL. SO NOT SURE. WILL PROBALY HAVE TO GET A NEW TV .......THANKS AGAIN YOU GUYS ARE GREAT
