Product ordered broken on one of the corners

I received the product ordered broken on one of the corners (see the top front and bottom front snapshots). This obviously makes it impossible to use this power board. So, I was wondering how and where it happened.
Here is my answer:
The packaging box is in good condition (see the four package corners snapshots) and the left and right edges of the corners of the power supply unit are not damaged either (see the left and right corners snapshots), so the breakage did not occur during transport and did not been caused by a crash.

This break comes from the fact of too much pressure during its dismantling and this must have surely happened... in your workshop.

I would be grateful if you could resend me one in good working order or, at least, a repayment for this purchase.
