ordered on a saturday. emailed 3 hours later to request cancel. no response. shipping label created 2 days later. called office 40 min after shipping label created. no response. received email next day after shipping label created and item sent advising to return the item would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. be advised even in this scenario , you are subject to restocking fee and the customer will pay for return shipping. we were willing to accept the scenario that the one person running the business had an emergency, but did not care for the threat of restock fee upon receiving contact from the owner. too much to stress over a >$50 item.
