defective pcb

emailed about getting a replacement board. the one we were sent is DOA. Informed them the TV does not power up with the new board to even to begin the software updates on 11/5 and got a reply 11/7 to check the software, again to told them the TV is DEAD with their board, can't get to the point of using the software. we are a Sony service center & fully aware of that process. Still waiting for info on a replacement board or a refund.
