Sometimes online purchases don’t live up to expectations. This was the case for this tv stand. It arrived a few days later than expected and was covered in deep scratches even though it was carefully packaged. After I reported the defective product with pictures, the company issued a full refund and told me not to bother sending it back. Great customer service.
