Samsung TV part number identification guide
Need repair help? Samsung TVs often show several numbers on one board. The largest printed number is not always the assembly number you should order by. Repair Help

Start With the Complete Samsung TV Model

Photograph the rear model label and keep the full model code and version information. Samsung can use different boards and panels under closely related model numbers.

BN94 Numbers: Common Main-Board Assembly Numbers

Samsung main-board service assemblies commonly use a BN94- number on a white barcode label. When a BN94 number is present on the original main board, it is usually more specific for replacement matching than the PCB number printed directly on the board.

BN41 Numbers: Common PCB Identifiers

BN41- numbers are commonly printed on the circuit board itself and identify the underlying PCB design. More than one completed assembly can share a similar BN41 board number while using different firmware, tuners, or installed components.

BN44 Numbers: Common Power-Supply / LED-Driver Numbers

Samsung power-supply assemblies frequently use BN44- identifiers. Compare the complete number, including every digit and suffix, with the original board and the replacement listing.

Other Samsung Numbers Still Matter

T-Con boards, LED strips, Wi-Fi modules, button boards, and speakers may use different Samsung numbering formats. Do not assume a prefix alone proves compatibility.

Use Appearance as a Secondary Check

Connector locations and board layout are useful after the number is matched, but a visually identical board can still have a different configuration.
