Still trying to return this product and they keep stalling. The board did not fix my problem, so I'm trying to do a return. But they keep stalling. Don't understand their reason for doing so other than they don't want to give me my money back.

The base I purchased was in great condition and well worth the price.
I tried cancelling this order but was denied. I was told to let the order ship and then just start a return after I receive the item. It's been four days now since trying to start a return and nobody is answering me. I've tried calling numerous times and nobody answers. This is a poorly ran business and will never do business with them again.

Installed and functional. Given that it is a power supply didn't require a static bag for the component, but would have been a nice touch instead of just stuffed in/on paper.

Product purchased worked flawlessly for 4 days and then started doing exact same thing the previous board was doing. After contacting and providing pictures I was asked to give them some time to locate another one but after a month with no response at all now I just want my money back including the 3 year warranty I paid for
I would have goven five starts if shipping had not taken so long. Motor was an exact match and ran perfectly. Saved mr$1800.
Power supply worked, but the picture screen has blue images and the lower part of the screen is colored vertical lines.
Having 2 TV's of the same model, I was able to successfully troubleshoot the problem. The part ordered worked perfectly. My only issue was ordering via UPS delivery, only for them to deliver to my local post office. This meant a 2 day delay in receiving my order + a 12 mile round trip to get it.
