756TX-Style Assembly Numbers
Many Vizio main boards and related assemblies use part numbers beginning with 756TX. Compare every character in the number from the original board label with the replacement listing.
Do Not Ignore the Serial Range
A board may be listed for one Vizio model but only for certain serial prefixes or production ranges. If a listing provides serial compatibility, compare it with the rear label before ordering.
Board Numbers and PCB Numbers Can Be Different
Numbers printed directly on the circuit board can identify the PCB design rather than the complete replacement assembly. White barcode stickers and service labels are often the more useful source for the exact replacement number.
Physical Layout Is Not Enough
Two Vizio boards can have matching connectors and nearly identical component placement while using different firmware or panel configurations.
