Appreciate the effort but board is not working

In spite of your best efforts, the boards you sent (2) did not solve the problem with the horizonal lines. You now say the t-con board is not the problem when in the past a board from electroparts did solve the problem for a couple of years. I asked what you would suggest to fix the issue and have not heard back. Not trying to be correct, just want the tv to work as it should.
