The Power board, BN44-00611D provided by Short Circuit Solution brought my 46 Samsung TV back to life. The install was simply removing the back panel, uncoupling a couple press-in connections and replacing the power board. I was not certain that the original power board was the failure, and skeptical about buying a used board or a board over $80, but this under $40 new board from Short Circuit Solution was worth the try and I am very happy with the repair.
The power supply was put in and so far so good. Thanks for your support.

Big misunderstanding
My gas furnace gas valve stopped working. After much testing I confirmed the unit was at fault. New ones are ranging from $200 to $700. Decided to try my luck with a used gas valve. Total Success. Quick swap the valve and started working instantly. Thank you seller for delivering a working product.
