How to Get Started

1. Send your project details. Include your business name, location, item list, approximate quantity, deadline, and loading access.
2. Review the scope and estimate. We assess labor, transportation, processing costs, and any potential recoverable equipment value. Larger or mixed loads may need a site visit.
3. Schedule the collection. We agree on the items to be removed, pickup arrangements, and requested documentation before work begins.

Commercial cleanouts and equipment removals are quoted by project. Pricing depends on the location, materials, volume, access, and work required.

Free electronics pickup may be available for qualifying loads when recoverable value covers collection and processing. Other loads may carry pickup or processing charges.

Surplus purchases and value credits are evaluated individually. Any agreed credit is included in the project scope; not all equipment has resale value.

Material Recovery & Project Documentation

Reusable equipment and components are assessed for recovery, while remaining materials are sorted for appropriate processing.

If your project includes hard drives, SSDs, or other storage media, discuss the handling method before collection. Tell us whether you need a receiving log, serial-number records, or destruction documentation so the method and reporting can be agreed for your project.
