In order to receive a refund please revert to our return policy page and follow the steps to initiate a return and start the process to receive a refund. Once the return process found under our return policy section is completed and the returned item is accepted we will then process your refund. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method on file. Refunds withdrawal directly from our account once processed, but normally takes 3-5 business days to appear back into your account.
