I bought this stand to go with a used TV I bought from an acquaintance. It works great!

The Board worked great, but the rest of the TV had to be trashed. It had a burned flex going to the screen. I'm assuming that's why the T-con board worked fine, because the old board fried the traces on the flex. Thanks
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. TRYING TO CANCEL A PART BEFORE SHIPPED, NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, PART SHIPPED AND NOW I CANT EVEN GET A RETURN LABEL. WHICH I HAVE TO INCUR EXPENSE FOR.
The product was exactly what I’d purchased; it fit my TV like a glove. The shipping time was acceptable and communications en route were outstanding.
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the top of the TV stand still had the residue and small pieces left over from the tape it had been wrapped with. I’d actually questioned why the tape on the product, as it showed up clearly on the photos. They never responded to my question about it, nor did they bother to clean it all off. It took me an hour to clean it off before I could use it. This was the only disappointing part of this purchase.
