The product was exactly what I’d purchased; it fit my TV like a glove. The shipping time was acceptable and communications en route were outstanding.
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the top of the TV stand still had the residue and small pieces left over from the tape it had been wrapped with. I’d actually questioned why the tape on the product, as it showed up clearly on the photos. They never responded to my question about it, nor did they bother to clean it all off. It took me an hour to clean it off before I could use it. This was the only disappointing part of this purchase.

I received the Sony 1 474-202-11 (APS-254) power supply cca on time and well secured condition. Unfortunately, after I replaced my cca 1 474-202-21 (APS-254) with your nothing changed. I still have the same faulty six flashing red light.

Got what I ordered. Arrived when they said it was supposed to.
Little more scratched up than I would have liked and expected, but it fits and in one piece. TV is upright and my guests will enjoy it at the cabin.

The item I ordered is the one that I received although it turns out not to be the part I need and it it too cheap in price for return.. Oh, and it was a used part but said nothing of the sort in the description. So I guess it could be the correct part I need it’s just defective, seeing’s how it is a used part not new as I thought. Thanks guys.
