All parts are backed with a 180-day warranty from the original order date. This protects you from dead on arrival and defective parts. All parts will require a visible picture of front and back of the defective part, and a description of what symptoms your TVs having.
All returns must be received within 30 days after you received your RMA code. If we do not receive your part within the 30 day period your payment information on file will be charged for the for the replacement part sent.
If your defective/warranty claim is accepted we will ship you a replacement part, if we do not have a compatible replacement part within 10 business days you will receive your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected for specific identifiers, you will either receive a denial email or your refund will be processed and applied back too your original payment method within 6 business days.
