The item I ordered is the one that I received although it turns out not to be the part I need and it it too cheap in price for return.. Oh, and it was a used part but said nothing of the sort in the description. So I guess it could be the correct part I need it’s just defective, seeing’s how it is a used part not new as I thought. Thanks guys.

The product is of good quality and was delivered on time. The inner packaging could have damaged the controller board. Please wrap it in bubble wrap. The delivery cost was higher than the price of the product.

Someone messup my ordered and sent me a board that I didn't order. I have been trying to get a hold of them to correct my order but I'm getting nowhere. I sent a picture showing that I received the wrong board and they just said the board in the picture is a board they don't have. They are not addressing the issue that they put a different board in the box. They are pretty much ignoring me. I will give them till Tuesday only because it is Memorial day weekend. But they are too slow to respond even on regular business days. No good customer service.
I received m.y item in an expedient time and securely packaged just like new but it just was not the exact item that I needed for my LG TV screen. But if I need any future parts for my LG TV, I most definitely know where to go for my parts.

Received with wrong sized bolts. Had to make a trip to the hardware store to purchase correct size.
