The 8x8 18Gbps HDMI Matrix with HDBaseT Outputs is a professional-grade solution that connects up to 8 HDMI source devices to 8 mirrored HDMI and HDBaseT outputs, enabling simultaneous display on 16 total screens. Designed for high-performance AV distribution, it supports video resolutions up to 4K2K@60Hz 4:4:4 and offers full compatibility with Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HLG.
Each output channel includes an independent 4K-to-1080p downscaler, making it ideal for environments with mixed display capabilities. The HDBaseT outputs can transmit uncompressed or compressed UHD content over distances up to 91 meters (300 ft) at 4K using a single CAT5e/6/7 cable. Built-in PoC (Power over Cable) allows HDBaseT receivers to be powered directly through the cable, reducing clutter and simplifying installation.
In addition to full 7.1CH HD audio pass-through, the unit features audio de-embedding to both analog and coaxial outputs, offering flexible integration with audio systems. The built-in IR matrix allows each display zone to control its assigned source. The EDID and CEC management functions ensure signal integrity and smooth operation across all connected devices.
Installation and control are effortless with a front-panel OLED display, RS-232, LAN, IR remote, and Web GUI access. With its 1U rack-mountable design, this matrix switch is the perfect choice for conference rooms, AV distribution systems, digital signage, and advanced home theater installations.
