The HD-EXM330-RX HDMI Extender offers a reliable long-distance solution for extending Full HD video and IR signals up to 330 feet over a single Cat5e/6 cable. Designed for ease of installation and dependable performance, this extender enables point-to-point and one-to-many transmission (splitters sold separately). Whether for residential AV setups, conference rooms, or remote monitoring systems, it provides high-quality signal distribution with zero latency.
With an HDMI loop-out for local display monitoring and IR extension at 38kHz, users can manage media devices from a distance with ease. It uses M-JPEG compression technology to maintain minimal loss in image quality while transmitting over extended distances.

You can extend the display devices up to 330 Feet when using with a shielded CAT6 cable.
The issue might be with the CAT cable. This might be due to the external interference of the signals & CAT5e has low bandwidth as compared to the CAT6. We recommend you using shielded CAT6 cable.
If the power and link led lights does not illuminate on the RJ45 port of the transmitter and the receiver, then the transmitter & receiver might be dead.

Our all the extenders supports IR Frequency & the devices using RF frequency will not be compatible with our products.
The IR Blaster/Emitter should be connected to the IR out port on the Transmitter and the IR Receiver should be connected to the IR in on the Receiver.
